MINT SOUR
Froth-topped aperitif or after-dinner palate cleanser.
INGREDIENTS
30mL VOK Crème de Menthe Liqueur
30mL Brandy
30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash egg white
GLASSWARE
Short Tumbler
GARNISH
Fresh Mint
METHOD
Shaken
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into ice filled glass and garnish with fresh mint.
