A fruity lift to the signature rum cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
30ml VOK Watermelon
45ml Beenleigh White Rum
1/2 Lime
4-6 Mint Leaves
Topped with soda
GLASSWARE
Collins glass
GARNISH
Mint leaves
METHOD
Muddle
In a Colins glass, muddle the Mint leaves with the Rum, Vok Watermelon and Lime juice. Top with ice and soda water. Garnish with mint leaves.
